I want to get a generic toner for my Samsung laser. Can someone recommend a merchant where I will get quality product and great customer service in case anything happens? Databazaar has the lowest price but I am not sure if they are reliable. They do have good rating on BizRate.com though.

Try monoprice.com or Catalog800.com. I've used both and have never had a problem. Typically monoprice is the cheaper of the two.
I've received quality compatibles for my Canon x-25 cartridge from Abacus 24-7. They are not the rock bottom lowest but within a buck or two and offer free ship for orders over $100 (I always get two or three cartridges to meet this).
Nice bonus right now is that they have a 30% CashBack live.com reward and occasionally have additional coupons. I just bought last week on a 15% off coupon code "school" that expired but you can always try it. I ended up with two canon x-25 compatibles that have lasted a long time with great ink for $90 shipped plus will get almost $32 CashBack (in 60 days).
I've used Meritline (I am pretty sure it was them) and the cartridges (two) did not last long, I was disappointed with them despite saving a few bucks.
Several Samsung model laser printers toner cartridges are easily refillable with generic toner for under $10 off eBay.
