Norton call center fails to connect to a real person Archived From: Deal Discussion

The call center number is 1-866-206-8800. After navigating the menus to get a real person, whether in English or in French, one is transferred and aways receives a busy signal.

Any one else had this problem? A recent or a long standing issue?

I always send them an email via the "Contact Us" link. They usually respond in a reasonable timeframe. Maybe give that a try.
