$75 Shell Gas Card When You Spend $100 On Dockers at Sears Starting June 7, 2008

The web site is not live yet, however I just spotted this via press release from Dockers:

Sears announced today an
in- store promotion that will help dads and their families have "a gas"
this Father's Day. On June 7th, Sears will kick off the Men's Dockers
Father's Day event, where customers will receive a $75 gas gift card when
they spend $100 on any Men's Dockers merchandise (excluding shoes). Not
only will dad get free gasoline, but one lucky customer will also have the
chance to win a Toyota Prius with a retail price of $21,100! The event goes
through June 15th.


Unless I'm missing something, this is 85% off Dockers sold at Sears.

JCPenney Dockers Deal

The deal on the $10 Sears gift card:
Check the "I want to enter the car sweepstakes" when you send in the rebate form and you'll get a $10 Sears gift card too.
mikeyankees (on page 14) said: "I called about the $10 Sears card because it seems to be only mentioned in the Press Release. I called the promotion hotline (866-616-9310), and they said everyone who enters for the car (regardless of any purchase) will get a $10 Sears card... so no additional form is necessary."

Ideas to make this deal even better:
Buy 2 $50 K.mart Gift Certificates as discussed here
and get 4 tickets to see the Incredible Hulk in theaters
Buy $100 S.ears Gift Card with the K.mart Gift Cards
and use the S.ears Gift Card to buy your Dockers.

You can use Kmart gift card at Sears.

Buy $100 S.ears GC at Giant Eagle (or other grocery/gas offering discounts on gas for GC purchases)
Get 40 cents off per gallon for one fill up.
example: 20 gallon tank = $8.00

deepakaaa: Enter a blank character for first and last name to print out Kmart hulk movie coupon without any name (for gifting)

Probably VOID in NJ! NJ doesn't allow things like this involving gas.

Wow. I could use that gas card to drive to my free hotel from last year's promo.

Of course I am assuming that card is good for the strawberry soda pop that powers my imaginationmobile which is the only way to get to my free hotel room in the Gumdrop Forest since, like all other Docker's promotions they are only good for imaginary objects and not those that actually exists in our dimension.

I just googled and found the official press release:

It looks like both the $75 gc and $10 Sears card are basically mail in rebates that you get when you mail in your entry for the Prius. You can also enter to win the Prius without a purchase

Most likely - Chances are it'll be different promotion centers, and both would require a Sears and JCP receipt, so you'll have two of them.

Very cool. I have a $50 Sears GC already from when they screwed up a refrigerator delivery and didn't have any plans on what to spend it on.
