They are pretty good, even if u buy this three pack and lets say hell broke loose and 50 failed...you still burned 100 successfully for 25 bucks which is still a steal.

Cluster said:now your just talking crazy .........the deal was 150 for $24.99I was replying to mdmcalhoun's post who was making the argument that 100 for $25 was a good deal.
Is it a good deal if 40 of them coaster? Is it a good deal if 35 of them are cracked? Is it a good deal if 30 of them are lost in shipping? Is it a good deal if 25 of them get eaten by my dog?
If you're saying we missed your point, we're saying you missed his.

From what I've read, expect these to be CMC MAG disks. General purpose lower-middle class disks, like ritek or whatever. Will work fine for most people, but you should looks for something better for media you can't risk loosing. Hard to get good quality disks these days without paying a premium it seems. Even Verbatim, which I previously would have ranked in the lower upper class of media can be risky with disks coming from India and UAE that some people have reported problems with.
Update: Some very bad reviews for recent TDK media from Newegg (last couple of years really), but with same # good reviews. Not a 3 pack, but same manufacturer model #: 48519.

TDK's have pretty much always been spotty, work well in some drives but not in others.
Thanks for the heads up dawpa2000, just went to OM and got 3 spools for $65 with tax. MIT so not absolutely the best, but at least better than MIIndia or other lower rank discs..
no free shipping on the Verbatims though. And there's not an Officemx close to me.
I burned up a lot of DVD discs, and then never watched anything. I just started putting everything on a hard drive and burning something on a re-recordable dvd when I want to watch something.
