www.CardBenefit.com is a free site where you can compare credit card deals. They also give out $30 for personal credit card and $40 for business credit card

You have to first register. Click on login at the bottom of the page (next to Terms & Conditions) to register. You'll see the "Apply & Earn Cash" and "Use Referral Links and Earn Cash" tabs towards the top of the page.

I've never used the site so I can't say whether or not they'll pay, but you're obviously free to try it out.

i got a check in the mail last week for $40. for applying for Discover. They are legit.

I've used them for two years now, they're pretty good. They ask for a SSN if you make over $600 though. It's got something to do with reporting taxes, but I'm still not too comfortable with giving it out so I stay below the threshold.
