I know many people have problems with their cashiers at WM not letting them use printable or internet coupons. Print this and keep it with your coupons to show them right there it is on their website that according to their policy they have to accept them. It has come in handy for me, just keep an update copy (because of the date on the bottom) or just cut the bottom off.

Thanks, OP. I do not see the date anywhere at the bottom of your link, though.

Never had a problem with WalMart accepting Internet coupons before, until today. I tried to use a $2 off Any Clean & Clear Product coupon from signing up with Clean & Clear's website. The cashier, customer service manager (according to their name tag) and two other associates kept telling me they do not accept internet coupons anymore per an email they received from corporate because of fraud. I even showed them their policy but they would not budge stating they received an email saying not to accept. They finally tried to call a store assistant manager over, but they never came. So at the end, they finally said if it scans, take it. This is at the San Jose WalMart on Story Road if anybody is curious

I had a similar experience as well here in FL. I was also trying to use the $2 off clean & clear coupon I printed in color but the cashier refused to take it. She called over the manager but she said it was their store policy not to take them. Now I didn't have this letter at the time, but I doubt it would have changed anything by the tone of their voices.

I now only try using Internet coupons at Wal-marts that have self check-out machines.

"Use of 40 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by Customer Service Manager."

Make sure to only use 39 at a time!

WalMart
We strive to provide you with the lowest prices possible on WalMart.com as well as in our stores. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Our local stores do not honor WalMart.com pricing or competitor advertisements from outside of a store's local trade territory.

Please Note: Prices shown on WalMart.com are online prices only. Products that are shown as available in your local Wal-Mart store may have a different price. We are able to show you availability for select products in your local store in the Electronics, Jewelry, Baby, Pharmacy and Home departments. At this time, the Toys, Sports, Entertainment and Apparel departments do not have the local store availability feature.

I have never had a problem using internet coupons at my local WalMart and this week the cashier tried to tell me that they do not accept internet coupons and I told her I had a problem with that because it was policy to accept them and she called the manager over and she verified that it IS their policy to accept them. I wonder if this is the beginning of the end for printables? WalMart is the only store around that will accept them in S. Ohio.

They told my mom recently they wouldn't accept internet coupons. I'll give her a copy of OP's link.
I noticed at my last visit to a (different) Wal-Mart at each register they had signs saying they would not accept internet coupons. I may have to give this a try myself.

I work as a cashier at a FL WalMart and we have recieved a list recently of certain internet coupons that are fraudulant, I guess someone was trying to make a few fast bucks! At any rate, these coupons won't scan anyway, so there should't be a big problem.
