Save $25 (MIR) off your total basket ring of $50 or more. Excludes gas, tobacco, pharmacy, electronics, appliences, and gift cards. Compliments of Miller beer. No beer purchase required. Purchase must occur between 8-10 and 9-6-08. Request must be postmarked by 9-16-08. Limit 1 per household/address. Send this "original" certificate (no photocopies) and original dated cash register receipt of $50 or more. Residents of DC, KY, MD, NC, OH, TN, and. VA. Found the forms at Farm Fresh. I do have extra forms.

The Manager at Food Lion is getting me an address, our Miller rep doesn't have the forms, so they told her to tell me to mail my receipt with an ad that stated that this was available to that address, and they would send me the check back. Not sure about this, but I am going to try it.
