Found out about this from a Catalina coupon that printed. No coupon necessary for the deal -- the Catalina printout was just an FYI.

Powerade 32 fl oz are on sale this week (thru Sat Sept 6) for 59 cents each. When you buy 6 for $3.54 total, you get a Catalina coupon for $4 off your next shopping order.

Obviously, the first time you do the deal it isn't a moneymaker, but anytime after that it is. Just keep using the $4 coupon toward another round of Powerades.

Either find 46 cents filler, or buy 7 Powerades each time for $4.13.

There was a $1 coupon for Powerade in the 6/8/08 SmartSource insert. Use that to make more money. Most stores will adjust the price of the coupon down to the price of the product so do not count on overage, but hey, if you have 6 coupons a free $4 catalina is still great.

To the best of my recollection, the coupon was good on both.

Powerade should be one of the qualifying brands for the buy $10 of coke get $10 off athletic shoes deal, too.

They had to be Powerade Zero to get $4 catalina.

Of course my Meijer's didn't get there delivery of Powerade on Saturday...
