Could this be the next $49 compressor???
Hopefully.
$20 compressor maybe.
For those that are not familiar, the smaller 2.5 gallon model of this compressor went on clearance in February for $49 down from $199. By around April, after the stores had pretty much been wiped out, HD dropped the price to $20
old thread about the 2.5 gallon model - maybe if we can be patient on these they will drop down to similar pricing levels (75 to 90% off)
BTW - these are nice compressors - the big selling point was that they have aluminum tanks - so the tanks are about 50% lighter than comparable steel tanks. The 2.5 gallon model was incredibly light. These are really designed with the job site in mind - they are light, have a protective "roll cage" - feature 2 couplers for multiple nailers - The 5 gallon model is an oil lubed model so should be long lasting if properly cared for.
