I was about to buy these the other day and waited, today they discounted them to $30.85 (46% off)
Reviews on Amazon are mixed, but I know someone who has them and they are phenonmenal!

IOGear BT Stereo Headphones

They will work for your PC (if it has BT) and wireless phone. My friend says he uses them to listen to MP3s on his phone, then when a call comes in, it automatically pauses the song and answers the call. When the call is finished - right back to the song where you left off.

I'd rather go for the Jabra BT620s, which retails for $32.50, only a couple dollars more. It has better reviews, plus the manufacturer is a trusted name in headsets.

The BT620s are junk. i have a pair and they are work only half the time, they always lose there pairing, and sometime my phone will not switch to the headsets (even though it has no problem with my other bluetooth headset)

one of the reviews for the iogear headphones says they can be paired with a computer and a cell phone at the same time. Is that an unusual ability or not ?

It's called "multipoint technology" and it allows you to swap between two devices using the same bluetooth headset/headphones. So you can switch back and forth between your computer and your cellphone, or your cellphone and your MP3 player, or your computer-based phone and your cellphone, etc. More and more bluetooth headsets have this technology, but not all of them do.
