I never paid any tax on purcahses from Newegg either! I think they charge tax in NJ only. I guess all e-commerce stores charge tax in their home state.
the Coupon is not working with the combo deals...
the deal could be sweeter with Live Cashback... Newegg gets 5.5% 
I'll point out the same thing I did on SD.
Was scanning live search options just the other day for this receiver for my brother. I believe it is 389.88-12% livesearch Cash Back = $343.09 at JR, with free ship. You need to add it to your cart to see this price. It's hard to match Newegg's reputation, but I've never had a problem with J&R either.
