Why the filler? Usually you end up having to buy a wiring harness with the radio (which I did). I have this one installed now for two weeks and love it. It's a basic model so if you want blue tooth, ipod and usb functions look to a slightly higher priced model (or different brand). I think you need to mention that the $50 rebate comes from hdradio.com and there are several brands and models that are listed that qualify for the rebate. I missed out on the $20 off code...

It's a steal for under $50 and it was HD radio built in.

Dang the installation gear is now free...if I had only waited two weeks! LOL That makes this pretty hot now ($99.99 radio, free wiring harness ($9.99 value for my SUV), 20% off and then the $50 rebate.... Perhaps time to buy another for my daughter's car.
Crutchfield sends you instructions for installation as per your vehicle. I have never installed one before and it took maybe an hour on a 97 4runner.
Someone post a good filler. $30+ for CD player is pretty hot.
Talk about shipping inflation item in cart is 99.99 with 6.99 shipping i add a 1.49 single dvd which btw would cost no more then $1.34 to ship the price jumps from 6.99 shipping to 10.99 so by the time you pay the extra shipping and the cost of the filler your only saveing $15 with the coupon.
UPDATE after useing the coupon shipping droped back to 6.99 that was odd.

Update...called Crutchfield and told them I purchased two weeks ago and now the wiring harness is included free with the JVC radio. They politely refunded the harness cost. They were very professional and friendly. So if you purchased two weeks ago when this radio deal was listed on FW and bought the installation gear you may want to give them a call. They will either need your order number or you last name and zip code.

u mean u bought a cd player from them and it didnt even have the waires to hook it up to yor car or any car? or do u mean the harness that allows you to hook this radio to your model of car w/o haveing to cut and splice wires?
In for one. There is also a dvd-r that is $1.49 for a filler in case you aren't still using VHS ;P
