Great deal, but be careful about the wok. Do not use metal in it. I have one of these with the non stick coating, and the coating messes up very easily. I dumped it and stuck with my other 2 carbon steel woks. Once seasoned, they are the best you can buy, and usually can be found for $5-10.

Just use high temp plastic/wooden spoons or plastic spatulas and you are fine. That's the case with any nonstick cookware.

Also, allow oil temp to get really hot in a wok before dumping your veggies/meat/seafood into stir fry.
