This Hauppauge tv tuner is now listed as $30 after $20 savings at Circuit City. No rebates, just instant savings. It is PCI, NOT PCI-E.
It says it is available in stores, however nothing in my area.

This is NOT the one with the QAM tuner. That one is called Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1600 Hybrid Video Recorder (1199) Linkified and is $99.99. Good price for the non-QAM 1600 though.

The same model number on Newegg says QAM compatible. http://www.Newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815116007.
Note that this is at cc.com outlet, and already OOS, "Not available for shipping". It lets you do a stock check at local stores, but none of mine (Atlanta area) have it. Would have been a fantastic deal for QAM capable Hauppauge tuner

I wasn't going by the Newegg description. I was looking into this same card this weekend and noticed the different prices on CC's site. So, I was going strictly on CC's description which doesn't mention QAM for this version but does for the newer version with Hybrid in the description. But now, that I checked Hauppauge's site, this does seem to have QAM Tuner and this deal seems to be EXTREMELY hot.

That is incorrect, sir. This does include QAM.
Notice that the model number is 1178. Reference that with Hauppauge's website, and you will see this:
model 01178: WinTV-HVR-1600 with NSTC/ATSC/QAM support, on-board IR receiver and blaster, and English manual

Yes. See my post just above yours. I was mistaken due to the bad description on CC's site. Also, none are available in my area.

The product page clearly indicates the product's model # 1178 right next to the product title and that is info enough to identify the card's support of clear-QAM. Unless, of course, if you are noob.
The tuner in this model is not so great. The chipset is an older generation and subsequent ATSC chipsets are more sensitive.

I have it, I agree. Worth $30 though.
Good deal, but dead for most people, as this has been on clearance for a while.
Nowhere to be found in Houston, TX.

For anyone that this may help, I ordered one, went to pickup in store, they didn't have one so they substituted the pci-express version.
