I took a heavyset gal on a date to Kohl's, some of her blisters and pimples broke when she tested out some of the pillows.

I ordered these last time and they are overstuffed, but my head will sink in a lot because they are not very firm. So my head is surrounded by pillow rather than my head laying on top of the pillow. They are are not airy and will warm up my neck. For the price I think they are awesome, just make sure you use more than one since they are not that firm.
