While at Sears today I was in the tool department today and noticed that they had a Miter Saw on Clearance. As I got closer, noticed it was a 10" Miter Saw with Stand for only $67.98. Unfortunately, all the ones with the stand were gone, but I had talked to the Sears Rep at my local store and he said they sold the last one with the stand about an hour before I got there. (Probably bought by an employee would be my guess.)

They were still offering it without the stand for the same price though, which isn't as hot, but still not a bad deal. I really had no place to put it nor any use for it right now so I held off, but hopefully you might be able to find it at a Sears near you. This is clearance, so of course it's a huge YMMV and the price is $199 online, so no deal there.

Lazy Link to the Saw

Just for reference, my local store is in St. Clairsville, OH.

P.S. I posted the same deal over on SD under the same name...so no stealing here.

I have updated the link as I had mistakenly linked to the wrong model. This has been fixed and the model number you are looking for is: 21233. I do appologize for any problems this may have caused, but hopefully others can find this deal as well. Someone called to confirm this price and it was still active as of today at my local store, but there are none in the Denver area per this person.

Actually this is in the mid-eastern part of Ohio. I haven't checked any of the other local Sears though.

Update: Link and model number corrected.

Nice, I got this model at the beginning of the summer for $99 on sale. Well worth it even at that price.

For ~$70 I'd say it's a no brainer!

Stand is kind of cheap, but the saw is very well made. I had a laser guide failure, but the parts store took care of it under warranty no problem.

Thanks, OP! Found one in Lewiston, Maine. Now it's in my garage!
