everytime i call pepboys they say
"thank you for calling pepboys, home of the buy 3 tires get the 4th free, this is <name> speaking, how can I help you?"

like they say it like robots

so it makes me think that getting the 4th tire for free (which is via MIR) is something they do all the time, no special deal, even if they claim it is through aug 23rd

I haven't bought tires at PepBoys for 21 years, ever since I discovered after driving off with a new set, that 4 out of 5 of the lugs on one wheel had never been retightened.

No way would I let them touch my car, and their store brand tires are terrible.
