The 26 incher uses a 6-bit TN panel and not a PVA panel like the 24. Just an FYI.

"TN display panels are the most common part in budget monitors, and yet still offer excellent response times to reduce ghosting in fast-motion video or games. For most casual users who browse the web or use common productivity applications, there isn't any dramatically perceivable difference in picture quality. Even hardcore gamers would be hard-pressed to complain about their experience on a Twisted Nematic monitor. But there are always a select few who demand only the absolute best, which is understandable considering that the product spectrum is so wide; however that elitist attitude will cost you more than twice the purchase price."

How to get the 10% live Cash Back?

And the new 24" panels all seem to be TN's as well. It's easy to tell by looking at the price points now. At $299, that 24" Soyo is a TN.

TN's are actually considered the better technology for the hardcore gamer because of its fast refresh, brightness, and low price (even though price doesn't matter for the true hardcore gamer). I would say TN panels for gamers, office workers, and the grandparents that just need to check email or surf the web, VA panels for the user that does a little of everything, and IPS for people into graphics work. I highly recommend checking out this thread (link) over on anand. It's an excellent technical resource and good comparison of some of the current models out there.

Others are saying it's only 6% live CashBack for this monitor, and that paying by paypal may negate the live Cash Back?

I bought the 24" one use live and paypal, but hasn't received the CashBack in my live account till now.
I've reported this to live, let's see what will happen.
