Called and was told system was "broken" for this item and will be fixed in 3 hrs when office is open to fix the free shipping issue. Told to wait until it was fixed before placing order.

i just got one of these for my Xbox 360 (which is in an unventilated area of my TV stand) for $15 shipped from Amazon...it seems to work well...played a game of NCAA 09 last night for ~1hr with no problems...prior to getting the cooler, i went 30 mins with Madden 09 and the 360 overheated.
