Never heard of it. I was just at BJ's shopping today. Sylvania and Olevia 32" LCDs were $500. Vizio was $550. Just as a comparison of cheap brands.

Dynex is a BB generic TV. They make them.

I bought this tv a few months ago.
Very nice value HDTV.

It is in our bedroom for nighttime watching.
Looks great, no complaints.
I would recommend it for that.
Gaming, I wouldn't know.

Exactly my response. I like it, and have had no problems.

I bought it, used it in the bedroom and it's been fine. It's my computer monitor now though. The 4 year extended warranty was only like 50 bucks when I bought mine.

Look closely at the fine print on the 10/12% off coupon.

You only get the 10%/12% off of the regular price, not the sale price.

So either you get the Dynex for $479.99 without coupon or $440 ($500 - 12%) with coupon.

Not $431.99 or $422.39. I already tried that.

You must have terrible luck. I've never had that issue at Best Buy...they just take it off the sale price.

I bought this a about 6 months ago for around $430ish (similar sale + coupon). At the time, they also offered a 4-yr warranty for only $60, which seemed like a good deal for these budget LCD TVs. Might be worth looking into. I use it for tv, movies and gaming and I'm pretty happy with it. It's certainly no Bravia or Aquos, but for the price I'm very happy. I should note though that the first one I bought went defective after the first month. The replacement has been fine so far.

Could not get to use 10/12% coupon, but the last coupon %10 off worked fine. 4 year at home service warranty is only $55.
QAM tuner is not listed on BB or Dynex site, but it for sure got one. Not a bad deal for $432.

Dynex used to make dummy terminals for mainframe computers.

bought on Friday for $504 (479+25tax), would not let me use the 12% coupon. Went back sunday expecting to do a return rebuy for the $500-12%, but they ended up giving me 12% off the sale price, so the final price for me was $420. Sweet deal.
