That's not correct.
The new pricing structure is:
$199
$299
$399
This would be the same as the Pro bundle which is retail for $299. You also get $20 worth of points. So to sum it up, for that extra $80 you spend over the Arcade bundle, you are getting a 20gb hard drive, $20 in points, and a headset. I honestly don't think you can do better getting the parts separately...and that doesn't even factor in the time you spend finding the extras.
