I put YMMV in the title because I haven't seen this deal available anywhere except where I got it (not on Comcast's website or by calling 1-800-Comcast). I had been trying to find a deal where I didn't have to subscribe to video to get the lower rate, and I am getting standalone HSI with this deal.
