Depends on your needs. I have a tilt mount because the TV would have really awful glare if it was just stuck straight against the wall. Other people want it that way.

How did you get it for 19.99? On RadioShock website it's $59.99 after rebate: 99.99 - 40(rebate) = 59.99

For those of you that made this purchase and are wondering where the rebate is, the rebate provider (CPG) filed for bankruptcy in November. I wrote to Atdec (the manufacturer) and got the following reply:

"Thanks for your purchase of Atdec products. We apologize for the delay, which has originated with our Rebate Service provider.

You have not received the rebate check as stated due to he rebate provider, CPG, filing bankruptcy on Nov 13. Atdec has made arrangements for all outstanding rebate checks to be honored. The account is set up and fully funded. This bankruptcy filing has indeed slowed down the processing function, leading to 2-3 weeks delay.

Atdec is funding these submitted claims so all valid submissions can have rebate checks generated, and most importantly, cashed and cleared. Our intent is to ensure that all Atdec customers are properly taken care of.
