that CB sucks, If you decide on a CB, at least get a 29 ltd classic or 148. those ultra small ones suck.

exactly, swr meter will run around $30. 25+$30=$55

I wasn't trying to thread crap, but if you really want enjoyment of cb band, an expandable one is needed. with the larger size radio , the limiter can be clipped, cool roger beeps added, swr meter built in 29, 148. and option of upper and lower sideband being added.

what good is spending $25, if you can't reach other side of the yard?
