Ripped, hope it's not a repost and some can benefit from this. I just purchased Brand new 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SE for $16000. Sticker price was $24.2K Deal Breakdown: $15.7K for Minivan - $800 Trade + 5% Mass Sales tax + $300 docement fees = $16K. Couldn't believe they even took my junker 1999 Caravan on a trade that was hit on the side and needed a new engine for $800. I basically paid $3000 less from the same featured vechicle that I bought in 1999 for $19K. Before everyone thread craps about Grand Caravan's versus Odyssey's and Sienna's Dodge had LIFETIME warranty on the entire drive train so assuming they stay in business there is not a better warranty. Also this van is about $7K less than a comparably equiped 2008 Odyssey. Until I can get past the minivan years and buy the Viper I saw in the show room I would prefer to spend as little as possible on a vehicle that is more of a necessity instead of a luxury. |
