I bought the same ram from Fry's on Aug 30 for $40 after rebate and have not received my rebate yet.
Thats why I only buy cheap ram now. Sucks to buy highend ram that you can't even notice a difference on (in daily use) and watch ram prices plummet constantly

If you have received the product, then "no".
I called them when the price first dropped to 28.99 after $40 rebate before I received the product, they said it will be OK since I haven't got the product yet. Good luck!

The rumor says that crucial is having some financial issue now...
fingers crossed
In for a pair, I had to call Frys and place the order over the phone as the link is dead. $69.31 with shipping, -$40 = $29.31. Sweet for 2x2gb
This is basically the same deal Frys.com has offered the past two weeks. They just lowered the price and removed the free S&H so it STILL nets out around $30. If you don't need memory right now - WAIT. DDR spot prices are down another 15%!!! since Monday. IF Curcial survives, these should be FAR real soon.

Micron is the parent company of Crucial. Today they announced a 15% cut in their global workforce. Micron may not be ready to go under but like many companies, they are having financial troubles.
