i don't know why but i have used a westinghouse for the past 2 years and just upgraded to a sharp (same kind of tv but i guess different model maybe newer or older whatever) and my picture is dramatically better and sharp is known for better blacks than samsung. I just wanted to say that and though i would have not gotten a sharp before with the price difference i am much happier now that i could get a sharp for the near same price as a westinghouse and saved alot of money back then by waiting out 2 years ! too bad that money probably lost the gain in the last week of stocks =O

Ive been wondering the same thing over the past few days. But Ive looked and you can get Sharp 32" elsewhere for about $50 more. Plus the model number seems to differ then whats on the Sharp website, so this may be a custom version for Dell. Which could be a concern.

Ive seen other similar model numbers as well for the 32", so not sure if anyone has insight on what appears to be differing models with just the "21" number changing. Overall I think Ill wait for Black Friday. May get a 37".

ok what gives how long was this on sale for 1 day? i would have bought it at 499.88 but it is back up to 749.99.

Woo Hoo it's available again so I bit the bullet and bought it with the extra 3% for DPA discount and the fatwallet hopefully.
