I think I saw some better deals on this TV, but they were B&M deals in the Northeast.

Use code PREFRIDAY

Sears BF price on this is $699.

Other deals (can't speak to how good these deals are, just posting them.

TomTom One125 - $99.95
Magellan RoadMate 1412 - $168
Coby TF-TV1913 LCD Monitor - $198
Panasonic TH-42PZ80U - $806.51
Samsung LN40A500 - $799
Panasonic DMP-BD35K Blu-Ray - $229
Samsung BDP1500 Blu-Ray Player - $199.99
Panasonic SDRH60 Camcorder - $298

There are others, but I'm not convinced they're overly hot.

This seems like a good price on 720p, no tax etc.

I have a question about Plasma's TVs in general. I was told by Costco employee that you shouldnt hook Plasma TV with computer as screen is mostly static and it will cause the screen to ghost or die pre-maturely. Is that true? The reason was one of the Panasonic's didnt even have a PC input(It may be TH42PX80U) and I am mostly use it with a PC.

That's correct, you should never leave a static image on a plasma for long periods of time. If you mostly use it to play media that's OK.

Looks like a great price if you ask me!

I might just buy this! Now I can ditch the Maxent 783x435 or what ever that ED resolution was. Thanks OP!

Hold it, this does have a tuner, right? I don't see it mentioned at the 6Ave website.

Yep, has a tuner. Got one too! Thanks OP, the wife will kill me!

Remember,

"The 30 day defective exchange policy does not apply to TVs 32" and larger, at 6Ave.com. If any of these items are deemed defective, they will be covered exclusively by the manufacturers’ warranties, and you must contact the manufacturer for any repairs."

Since most companies no longer offer warranty service (they have to pretend to but usually just ship your product back unrepaired knowing that you will soon tire of repeatedly sending it in at your expense only to have it come back without being repaired) you will pretty much be stuck.

Hey, thanks for crapping on the deal. Did you remember to wipe?

Has anyone ever dealt with them? I'm ready to jump on this deal, but I'm having second thoughts because of their exchange policy...

I've only ordered a few things from them in the past, and everything went great. Haven't had to experience the return policy yet.

Has any received their TV from 6Ave.com? I called them since there was no update on the order status, and was told, it's out of stock and they are not sure when they would get it in?
