TireRack has the ASA JH6 17" silver wheels on closeout sale. For those of you with a first generation new mini built before May 2006, you can get that 'minilite' look for only 100 bucks a wheel.

To make my christmas complete, I'm ditching the OEM run flats (finally) and getting some normal tires. I opted for free hunter road force balancing and you can see the other goodies tire rack throws in.

4 17x7 ASA JH6 Bright Sil In Stock $396.00
4 Required centering ring In Stock N/C
4 205/45R-17 Kumho Ecsta AST XL In Stock $300.00
4 Mount and Balance (No Charge) N/C
1 Griot's wheel care sample kit N/C

after 97.00 shipping I'm spending 792.00

Before I need new tires on my Saab I always go repeatedly to TireRack until I can get a set of rims on clearance for about $99 per wheel that I like on my car. Then I get 4 tires also on clearance and have them shipped them installed. Then I just swap them myself and sell the older, used rims and tires locally for extra $$$. This has saved me lots in the past 6 years vs. buying tires locally on the usual rip off places... And I get exactly the tires I want.

I've always been able to outfit my vehicles with new tires for 2-3 hundred at Costco. The have a sale every 6 months. I know, some sizes aren't included in the sales.

I've had the ASTs for 2 years and about 30K miles. They were good for the price I paid. I just bought some ASXs this time because they're on sale ($56) for 215/45/17. If you haven't bought your tires yet, get the ASXs for $76 less than the ASTs.
