XBox 360 120 GB Harddrive $123.88
120GB Harddrive LINK

I bought an Xbox 360 Arcade for my son last Xmas and have been looking to add a harddrive for a while. After looking around for a few months, this is the best deal I've ever seen on one. This is a retail boxed unit, not refurbished.

You forgot to add that they seller claims to have been in business for 10 years, but the domain was registered in 2006.

Or you could do what i did and buy a 120gb off eBay for $40 and replace it on your own - it takes a bit of googling and some elbow grease but it's kinda fun and way cheaper...

You forgot whining. Whining always = red. Begging for green = red.

Is that true for everyone? Can I please have some green?

BD, your effort is appreciated, but the FWs want stuff for free, or make money by cheating the vendors into Chapter 11.
Its a cruel world!

better deal is finding a 120 GB on eBay with 30% back via live.com

That's it...one red? Come on, Iam telling the thieves out there that screwing the vendors is NOT fair play and typical low-brow cheap theatrics and that's it...one red?
Iam truly disappointed that the schemers and con-artists aren't MORE forth-coming. Come on, cheating people is just the way it is...or is it?

What's the point of expanding the HD?

Since the NXE now allows installation of games to the HDD, it's nice to have ample space for this purpose so that you don't have a noisy, heat-producing drive spinning the entire while you are playing...that's the point for me anyway.

AFAIK : The xBox 360 does not allow your personal games to be put onto the HD permanently. All you can use the HD for is to download the 'marketplace' games, demos or store video/audio but why would you? Its much easier to stream wirelessly to the xBox making the need for storing audio/video redundant?

I have the 10gb HD on mine and its more than enough. Its great for saving game states or the odd demo but other than that I see no point to the HD.

I started with the xBox 'Ardade', paid $5 for a HDMI cable and $25 for a used 10gb HD. Now its an 'Ultimate' or whatever they call it for a few bucks.

I do think that the xBox is an awesome piece of technology. The divx upgrade rocks. I just wish they'd also allow mpeg and MOV.
