You have to manually select free shipping. Default shipping is $6.99. Typical Buy.com BS.

 

I don't see a limit on the rebate form. I assume it is 1/household? Anybody have evidence otherwise?

Buy.com always selects the standard shipping automatically

it is for the buyer to look for the free shipping during checkout to select the free shipping

It's now shipped from stores other than Buy.com so the rebate probably will not work.
