I meant MSI's 260 was going for close to the same as the higher-end (i.e. 1GB) 4850s - meaning this 260 was a sweet deal (and is still OOS btw). Arguably though the 4850's ridiculously good price/perfomance ratio is what's causing the 260's across-the-board price drops - with most of the review sites showing 2x 4850s kicking the shit out of even the 280 (for less money), nvidia has to do something. I expect continued stupid-good deals on the 260 and 280 also, ATI just absolutely dominates the mid- to high-end space right now |
