I purchased this item as a gift for someone and it doesn't work at all. It was humiliating!
We bought the same item from Circuit City as a gift for someone else and it works fine.
Buy.com said we cannot return it under any circumstances since we are just over the 14 day return period. I guess they have no exceptions ever - even for holiday gifts.
I didn't want a refund - only one that works. They will not replace or repair it. We were told to deal with the manufacturer.
I'd rather deal with AMEX - maybe they'll help me since I buy everything with AMEX.

I will never purchase from Buy.com again.
Judging by the lack of enthusiasm for this deal - I hope nobody else fell for this!
