These drives have been awful. Lots of complaints about terrible performance, drives dying, etc..

Patriot keeps promising TRIM support via firmware update, but as far as I know, that has yet to come.

I'd wait for another deal on the OCZ Vertex or similar drive.

Original JMicron controller = junk. Avoid.
