I have $150 Amazon.com gift card to sell, but not sure how to sell it safely without getting scammed (e.g.: Paypal charge back). I am NOT new to eBay (close to a thousand feedbacks). However, I never sell any gift cards.

A quick search on completed items, a lot of Amazon GC were sold to buyers with less than 5 feedbacks. I am worry about Paypal charge back (have experienced it). Since Amazon GC is intangible goods and there is no way to show proof of delivery except the email with Amazon GC code. Is there any way to sell the gift card at eBay safely? Any advises are much appreciated. Thank you!

If you do not have an actual card to send, print the email or web page showing the gift code and send that with the delivery confirmation to satisfy PayPal's requirements. I would not offer to send the code by email. Those are the ones that seem to have the problems.

Too many scams on GC's IMHO. If I was you I'd much rather spent it myself, for either personal use or some Amazon deal. Maybe see if you can find a coworker/friend addicted to AZ (there's SOOOOOO many of them) and sell to them at face value/slight discount for cash

Use it yourself for yourself, buy things on Amazon to then sell, or state that you'll only deliver a print-out of the code.

Does anybody know why these Amazon codes on eBay sell for MORE than the $ amount it is worth?

Everytime I see an auction close to its end, it is always a couple of dollars higher.

For instance, a $75 code is currently selling for $76. Why?

Heck, I'll give you a million bucks for an Amazon gc if I know I'm just going to pay with a stolen credit card or do a chargeback after I get it.

People use CashBack and PayPal coupons/gift certificates. I did this on a gas card for $25, won it at $26 and used a $25 gift code.

Buy something FAR on Amazon and recover the money.
