Leaving feedback what will pass and not be removed

Well I have to leave a bad feedback for something I purchased. Ive tried to work things out with the seller and he appears not to give me the time of day less lone discuss my problem. I'm very teed off at him that he will not respond to my problem and instead doges the situation.
So I want to leave him a negative feed back but want to make sure it expresses the utmost negative feedback possible without violating the terms and having it removed.

If I could have some responses on "rotten" negative feedbacks I could post that would stick and would not be removed do to a violation. Other words make it stick.?

Just stick to the facts. Future buyers will appreciate it if they read the feedback before bidding/buying. Don't call the seller names as it doesn't warn future buyers.

Yes, exactly. No need to call the buyer names. Stick to what actually happened and express your dissatisfaction intelligently.

stick to the facts and no emotion and you will be okay.

I no longer leave feedback when I sell since it is all one sided now. Leave a positive for a buyer or nothing...even if they don't pay or pay 22 weeks late. So I just don't leave feedback anymore as it really doesn't mean anything anymore.

i do exactly the opposite, since buyer have more power to leave nastier feedback, i leave feeback soon as buyer pays.
this actually helped me couple times that buyer decided not to leave negative because i left the feedback so fast and delivered the good also fast...

I don't leave any feedback until I know my customer is satisfied (at least that is what I used to do). How do I know the customer is satisfied? When they leave me positive feedback.
