I was told that they were doing "updates" to their servers. He did not know how long this would last.

Ditto here, called in they said all should be ok by 6am PST, its just past that so I expect any time now to be ok

Come on PP!!! It's past 7am PST already. Everything is still timing out! 
Logging it without problems, but can't open transactions, which is pretty much the same thing 
Oh, well
Unable to open transaction detail, but I'm able to withdraw my money. Phew...
well today was a wasted day I have 75 orders to ship today and was only able to print one label. Thanks you paypal. paypal only is going to be great LOL
I wonder how this is going to affect our DSR!?
I'll have to send message out to all my customers waiting for shipments.
I think all smart people just got the addresses from PP e-mails 
Not the most convenient way, but what you gonna do?
getting the address from paypal email might work for you small time sellers but not for me
Guess us small time sellers don't ship through PP, we've upgraded to bigger and better things
