I did a rebate offer which was a visa card. Before even receiving the card, it says "Rebate check has cleared". Anyone else get this also?
Not sure if this means someone else got it or if its a glitch in their system since there's no way to "clear" a visa prepaid card.

Mine had the same message. I had no problem using the card.
That is always the case. When the order is sent from Parago to the card issuer, the rebate is marked as complete and 'check cleared'.
I have one that's tracking is "printed and mailed" but not yet received.
Checked the small print, and they have an option to send a check instead of a card.
Has anything changed?

if it's a check: check cleared should not appear until after you have received the check and it's paid by the bank. Prior to that it says "CHECK MAILED".
if it's a VISA prepaid: Cleared means the money has been put on the VISA card if that is what's sent out, since you don't "cash" it a bank.
