Hi mccg333,

Unfortunately, in order to earn Cash Back all purchases must be made online by clicking from one of FatWallet's Cash Back & Coupons pages. However, some stores, such as Sears, allows you to order online and pick up in-store and still earn Cash Back.

If you didn't log-in to Cash Back is there any way to still get the Cash Back? after the purchase is already placed?

Hello MikeD2203,

I would have to say that about 99.9% of the time, you would not be able to earn Cash Back. In order for us to claim Cash Back for a purchase, we must have a click in your account to that merchant on the day of the purchase. If you are not logged in, there would be no click. Without this click, it's impossible for us to claim Cash Back.

All that being said... if you would like to send me a private message with the merchant, date, and order number, I'll look into this and see what I can find. There is always the outside chance that we've been paid, and if so I'd like to pay you as well!

If you are planning on using coupons with your purchase, pay attention to the restrictions on the stores Cash Back page. More stores are restricting double-dipping than before, so then you must choose which is better, the coupon or Cash Back.
